Rachel Lester has a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from the University of Tulsa, where she received a Music scholarship. While at TU, she sang in the Cappella Chambers Singers, the TU Chorale, and also focused on Jazz, performing with the TU Jazz Singers and the TU Big Band. She has performed on stage with artists such as George Clinton of Parliament Funkadelic and Tim Ries, saxophonist for the Rolling Stones. She is currently the Music teacher at Cooper Elementary School, where she teaches grades Pre-K through 6th. When she is not teaching, Rachel enjoys being an aunt to her nieces and nephew and spending time with her dog Tiger.
